Returns and Exchange Policy
We take utmost care in listing, procuring and shipping the products. In case there are any issues we accept returns subject to the following T&Cs:
- We accept returns on most of our items, and are able to offer an exchange in terms of replacement or refunds considering that the item returned is in sellable condition.
- You can return the items in saleable condition within 7 days of purchase.
- Returns not in sellable condition or with accessories or manuals missing will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be in the form of credit notes or credited to your digital wallet that can be accessed under your Account.
- For printers and other IT products, electronic goods, and machines, returns will be accepted only if the package is in original condition. Returns are not accepted if the package is opened, seal or warranty sticker broken or tampered with.
- No returns or exchange is possible for items under Health & Hygiene category.
- Goods delivered on COD are not eligible for refunds as they are to be checked by the Client at the time of delivery.
Return eligibility is as below:
- Product or packaging is faulty/damaged or not as advertised/described
- Wrong items delivered
- Order specifications are different than the agreed requirements
- Not shipped in accordance with agreed shipping method or address
- Products are counterfeit/fake
- Products are expired or near expiry (perishable products are not included). “Near expiry” means if the product shelf life is longer than one year, the product should have a minimum 6 months shelf life on delivery; if the product shelf life is shorter than one year, the product should have a minimum 25% shelf life on delivery.

Return shipping charges
Unless specifically mentioned, Doukani shall incur the cost of shipping the returns and exchanges.
