Refund Policy


You have 7 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered. Except perishable food items, innerwear’s & other items as specified at the time of purchase. 
 

Returns shall be accepted in its original state and packaging only.  Hand over the package to the courier representative. Courier charges for returns shall be applicable 

 

Damaged or defective could be returned in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging. Returned items are subject to inspection and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.
 

 

In case you have item received an item by mistake or a wrong item, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact.
 
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

 

Refunds shall not be processed in the below circumstances and returns will not be accepted 
 
  1. Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  2. Any perishable /consumable item which have been partially used.
  3. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  4. If items are not returned back in the original condition/packaging and if any items are missing from the package that was shipped including labels, freebies and accessories.
  5. Fragile products and hygiene related products

Customers will not be able to request for cancellation once the order is placed. Please refer to our refunds policy for additional details.
